About me¶
Hi! I'm Naldi
I'm a Peruvian engineer working in digital fabrication, innovation and R&D labs. With a civil and sanitary engineering background, I currently lead the R&D Labs at ESAN University. My work focuses on digital fabrication, innovation ecosystems, entrepreneurship, resourcefulness, spatial planning, teaching, and the implementation of scientific and technological laboratories.I'm passionate about:
- Building things (from LEGO to open-source hardware),
- Exploring new technologies,
- Teaching innovation, creativity, spatial planning and climate change,
- Working with students on hands-on, impactful projects and bringing advisory on their research thesis.
I've got involved with digital fabrication on 2015 working at Fab Lab Esan as a project manager. However, I've just became a fabber in 2024, where I developed my FabAcademy portfolio and strengthened my skills in digital fabrication. Now I’m exploring data science to support better decision-making in R&D environments and innovation labs and to apply it into my PhD research.
In short: I like turning ideas into things that bring value — combining engineering, creativity and technology.
