About me¶

I’m a polymath and interdisciplinary professional. I flow easily in fields related to design, technology, business strategy and management. My curiosity and passion to break out-of-norms and to hack the employee mindset has always challenged me to find new opportunities. I enjoy doing work as a Solutions Architect or Creative Technologist, but also taking on advisory/chair and consultancy roles, often acting as an automation/A.I., and STEAM education advocate and contributor at tech and interdisciplinary events where Art, Science, and Tech meet. I am also a founder of a few companies that roll in these areas.

I've build the first open and accessible R&D center in Bulgaria called Resonator, where we have electronics, fabrication, sound, vr and many other things. I'm alsop the founder of one of the leading STEM organizations in Bulgaria. All these things are in the spirit of FabLabs, which I found out about after I started working on these projects in 2015. I immediately become a big fan of the Neil's work at MIT/Center of Bits and Atoms and have since tried to learn as much as I can on the topic of creating and running such spaces.

Why I chose that dataset?¶

Funny enough I never watch football and have 0 interest in watching it. However, sports is interesting and I recently joined a team where we have a project related to sports. There's a lot of data for football and it's a good use case to play around.

I have had experience with data viz and data driven applications for sports like NFL and Cricket. I didn't know anything about these sports when we started working on these projects, but learned about them through data, and of course talking to experts.
